Owner, Scott Owen, was born and raised in Fullerton, CA. He started his apprenticeship in 1983 and has been in the plumbing and construction industry ever since. Scott and his wife, Shawn, started Owen Plumbing in 1999 as a referral-based business and have been blessed with an excellent clientele base ever since!
